Hi there, I just wanted to write a little note to say thank
you for the refreshingly good service I received
today. I ordered some lovely Le Creuset ramekins yesterday and wasn't
sure of delivery time. Called today and the lady who helped me (I didn't
catch her name...) told me she'd find out. Got a call back very quickly
telling me the delivery would be 5 minutes, and sure enough I've just
received them. It's so very rare to enjoy such friendly and genuinely
helpful service! Thank you - I'll be visiting the next time I'm through
in Glasgow.
