Delivery And Returns Policy
DELIVERY CHARGES
Standard UK Delivery
UK mainland standard delivery will
be charged at £3.95 with delivery normally in 3-5
working days.
Orders over £50
will be delivered to a UK mainland address for free.
Express 1-2 Working Days
The express delivery service will
be charged at £5.95 with delivery within the next
1-2 working days to a UK mainland address, for orders placed before
12pm. Orders received after 1pm may not be dispatched until the
following day. Express deliveries can only be made where you are
able to provide the full postcode of the delivery address.
Overseas Delivery
We regret that at this time we are
unable to dispatch orders online to addresses outwith
the UK. However, we are happy to quote a price for a worldwide delivery
service. Please send an email to us at info@papyrusgifts.co.uk
with a delivery address and ask for a quote.
Christmas Deliveries
To ensure that your order arrives at
the delivery address in time for Christmas you must place your order
by
3pm on Friday 21st December 2007 and select Express
UK Delivery.
Dispatch
We endeavour to dispatch all orders
received by 1pm on the same day, subject to stock availability. However,
orders cannot be dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or Scottish Bank Holidays.
Therefore, all orders received from 1pm on a Friday until midnight on
a Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (Tuesday for Scottish
Bank Holiday weekends).
Delivery
Please ensure that there will be someone
at the delivery address to receive the delivery as our courier requires
a signature. If there is not normally anyone at home during the day we
could deliver to your place of work or to a neighbour. We will send you
an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched.
The courier will leave a card if there is no-one in to receive a delivery.
You should follow the instructions left to arrange redelivery/collection
of your order. The courier may make further charges for redelivery or
require you to collect.
If your goods are returned to us due to no-one being available to receive
the delivery we can arrange a redelivery according to our standard delivery
charges. If the order is subsequently cancelled we cannot refund any delivery
charges.
RETURNS POLICY
In addition to your statutory rights we offer a no quibbles refund or
exchange on returned items according to the conditions as set out below.
Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless
they are faulty on delivery.
Christmas Returns
As many of our customers like
to order Christmas presents we have specially extended our returns
period for the Christmas season.
Items purchased and dispatched from 1st
December 2007 to 21st December 2007 inclusive may be returned up to January
14th 2008.
Faulty Goods
If any item in your order arrives faulty
we will be happy to fully refund the cost, and all
delivery charges, including those incurred by you in returning the items
to us, for all faulty items returned within 6 months. Please follow the
returns process below.
Unwanted Goods
If you wish to return non-faulty goods
after receiving your order we will be happy to refund or replace items
returned to us in a resalable condition, within 14 days of receiving your
order. Items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Delivery charges and gift wrapping charges will not be refunded. Please
follow the returns process below.
Wrong Items
If we send you the wrong items we will
be happy to refund all costs as for faulty items. You will not be charged
for redelivery of the correct items. You will have the opportunity to
cancel your order if we send you the wrong items and receive a full refund
of all charges. Please follow the returns process below.
Returns Process
1. Please contact us by email at
info@papyrusgifts.co.uk or by calling our free phone number 0800
107 6544 to inform us of the return. We will issue you with a
Returns Code and Returns Form, which should be included with the items
to be returned. A Returns Form can also be obtained by clicking
here. Please ensure that you contact us before returning items as
we may require certain details from you in order to process your refund
promptly.
2. Please send items to be returned, along with the completed returns
form to:

For your own security we recommend that you use a method of delivery
that requires a signature when returning items to us for (e.g. Royal Mail
Special Delivery). We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged
in the post.
3. A refund will be made to the card or account that was used to pay
for the original order and we will notify you by email when the refund
has been processed. Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund
to be processed upon receipt of returned items.
